Upgrade or Downgrade Your Membership

You’re always in control of your membership — and changing plans is simple.

There’s no need to cancel first or contact support.

When you purchase a new membership, your current subscription is automatically canceled and replaced with the new one.

Upgrade to the VIP Coaching Experience

If you’re currently a CORE member and want more personalized coaching, accountability, and direct access to Patrick, upgrading to the VIP Coaching Experience is easy.

VIP Coaching includes:

  • Everything in the CORE membership
  • Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching calls
  • Unlimited direct messaging support (Voxer/text)
  • Customized strategy for training, nutrition, and mindset
  • Priority feedback and next-level accountability

To upgrade to VIP:

  1. Visit the VIP Coaching signup page.
  2. Complete your purchase.
  3. That’s it — your CORE membership will be automatically canceled and replaced with VIP.

Your VIP access begins immediately.

Downgrade to CORE Coaching

If you’re currently a VIP Coaching member and want to switch back to the CORE membership, you can do that anytime.

CORE Coaching includes:

  • Full access to The Leaner, Stronger Runner Project
  • Weekly group coaching calls
  • Coaching call replays via private podcast
  • Community support, accountability, and guidance

To downgrade to CORE:

  1. Visit the CORE Coaching signup page.
  2. Complete your purchase.
  3. Your VIP subscription will be automatically canceled and replaced with CORE.

Your CORE membership will begin immediately (or at the next billing cycle, depending on Kajabi settings).

Important Notes About Plan Changes

  • You do not need to cancel your existing membership first
  • Purchasing a new plan automatically cancels your current subscription
  • You will not be double-billed
  • All access updates happen automatically

How to Cancel Your Membership

I want this to be easy and transparent.

If you ever decide that now isn’t the right time for coaching, you can cancel your membership directly from your account at any time—no emails required.

Step-by-Step Cancellation Instructions

  1. Log in to your account
    Go to your account settings page here:
    👉 https://www.runningleancoaching.com/settings/account 
  2. Open Billing Information
    Once logged in, click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Cancel Your Membership
    Find your active membership and click Cancel next to your current plan.
  4. Access Until the End of Your Billing Cycle
    After canceling, you will continue to have full access to all training materials until the end of your current billing period.
  5. Confirm Your End Date
    You can view your canceled subscription and confirm your access end date at any time in the Billing Information section.

Important Things to Know

Once your billing cycle ends, access to all training materials will be removed automatically.

Canceling stops future charges, but does not provide a prorated refund for the current billing period.

These instructions apply to both CORE and VIP memberships.
