By accessing or browsing the Site, you accept these Terms of Use in full and acknowledge that any prior or conflicting agreements between you and the Company regarding the Site are superseded.

1. Ownership of Content & Limited License

All content on the Site—including videos, training materials, products, services, graphics, images, text, audio, code, design, and all other materials (collectively, the “Content”)—is owned by Running Lean Coaching (“the Company”) or its third-party providers.

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and Content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you comply with these Terms of Use.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, or publicly display any Content without the Company’s express written permission. Unauthorized use of Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws, and may result in civil or criminal penalties.

The Company does not intentionally disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to enforce these Terms. Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the Company’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, do not use the Site.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, equipment, or replacement services, or any claims relating to service interruptions, regardless of the theory of liability—even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • your violation of any law or third-party rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Running Lean Coaching (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of visitors and users of www.runningleancoaching.com and any related services (collectively, the “Site”).
